Reclaim your health.
The old way.

For women carrying the whole house — and ready to return to themselves.

Return
to your own rhythm.

Repair
in a way that lasts.
Why we exist

Healthier. Happier.
In harmony.

For the woman who holds her home together.

What we believe

Health was never a number to chase.

Health was not waiting for a gym to exist. Obesity was not waiting for calorie-tracking to start. Your body keeps a rhythm — modern life has just broken it.

Is this you

You carry everyone.
Your own health slipped.

The body has changed. The apps did not hold. You want a way that lasts.

Be clear

We will never weigh you.

Not a fitness company. No calories. No leaderboards. If weight is your only measure of health, this is not for you.

Questions

Before you begin.

What is OMJOOMSUH?

OMJOOMSUH is a daily wellbeing practice for women, rooted in the yogic tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga — a morning mantra, weekend yoga, and quiet instruments that reflect your health back to you.

Who is it for?

For women carrying the whole house, in their 30s to 50s, whose own health has slipped and who want a way that lasts rather than another app to track.

Is this a fitness or weight-loss program?

No. There are no calories, no leaderboards, and we will never weigh you. It is about wellbeing and rhythm, not a number.

Is it medical advice?

No. Everything offered is for wellbeing, not diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for your own doctor.

Where is it rooted, and who teaches it?

In the Bihar School of Yoga tradition. Arjun teaches the morning practice himself; his guru is Paramahamsa Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati.
